I like this move. They have to go with different directors to turn these around every two years.

So the directors for the next 4 Star Wars movies are JJ, Gareth Edwards, Josh Trank, and Rian Johnson. All have sci-fi experience, all are nerds - I mean that in a good way -, all have writing experience, and all are proven successes.
Every single decision Disney has made in regards to Star Wars has been at least a solid, sound decision.

Yeah, he directed ozymandis. If star wars will be anything like that ill bring lotion and a towel instead of popcorn and a drink.
