Another one of my favorites is Tony's "Army of One" rant when they were talking about putting AJ into military boarding school.
"This army of one thing, what happens when each army of one decides frick it, I'm not goin' over the top of the foxhole, or, why don't we just blow the lieutenant's head off? Because they've been told, you know, 'you're an army of one'."

The scene with the Jewish guy who they've been beating because he won't divorce his wife. After telling them the story of the Jews who held out during a siege of thousands of romans, he says "and the romans, where are they now?" He has that smug look on his face.
Tony just leans in and says, "you're looking at them, a-hole." The guy's face just drops. Awesome scene and delivery.

I enjoyed when they whacked Phil Leotardo.

Another Paulie classic line IMO was from "Whoever did This" after Ralph's kid had the accident with the arrow.
Christopher Moltisanti: (about Ralph) That poor f*****' guy...
Paulie Walnuts: F*** him and his alligator tears.
Tony Soprano: Paulie, his kid's in the hospital. A little f*****' sympathy, huh?
Paulie Walnuts: That gives him a pass? I don't care if he's got a hundred kids in the ICU with arrows in their heads...he's a piece o' shite. You know it, and I know it.

"Join The Club" final scene. Tony stuck between life and death, he wants to go back to his family but he can't just yet. He looks at the "light" and thinks it's just easier to die than go back to his wicked reality he's built for himself. Join The Club Ending Scene
The acting combined with the Moby song is absolute cinematic genius. It's still my probably my favorite episode of the show and that's my favorite scene in TV history.

I'll nominate tennis practice with Adriana.

Way too many to say that I "most enjoyed".
However, off the top of my head, the scene where Artie Bucco psyches himself up with a pep-talk in the mirror (in the manner of Taxi Driver) to go collect his $50,000 from Jean-Philippe is hysterical. Unfortunately for Artie, he goes over there only to get his arse kicked and have his ear ripped half off.
That whole sequence is great.

I had a lot of sympathy for Artie - he got very little of the benefit of being connected, but a lot of hassle/grief for it - from all sides. Now, some of that was self-inflicted and he obviously wasn't taking care of his responsibilities at home, or else Charmaine wouldn't have been such a bitch - of course, she did come back at the end.
But, he was kind of a weak, Beta archetype.

Absolutely. He was a great character and played a great role. In the scene I am referring to, Furio later goes back by Jean-Philippe's apartment and finishes the business.
Artie showed his hand when he pulled that stunt with Christopher over Adriana at the dinner table. Tony had him pressed against the wall and he started sobbing telling Tony he loved her...Tony just laughed. No one was really threatened by Artie. Well...except for Benny.

You knew what poor Artie was in for by the end of the first episode.
Speaking of which, I wonder if there's ever been a pilot that better set up the overall storyline.

Artie kicking Benny's arse was one of the most rewarding scenes on the show.

Shield pilot is tGOAT, but Sopranos is up there, I'll grant you.

An intervention is supposed to be all conflict, then catharsis - whether or not the addict chooses to get help. Christopher's is all upside down - he comes out and there is the normal, initial, "WTF is this?" But, first Adriana gets them all ginned up over Cosette. Then, he doesn't sit there and take it - he fights back (like all of them would do, it's just who they are). THEN, they don't like what he's saying to all of them, and they want to look tough for Tony.
Finally, POS though she is, he insults his own mother in front of them and that's the last straw. Cracked his skull at his intervention (has to be a metaphor in there somewhere - as he did clean up at least a bit after that.)

Christopher Moltisanti: What the frick! What's goin' on?
Tony Soprano: Have a seat.
Dominic Palladino: Christopher, hey! I'm Dominic. I know you don't know me, but uh...
Christopher Moltisanti: Yeah, you're the guy who...uh broke into Stew Leonard's that time, you stole all those pork loins.
Dominic Palladino: Yeah, but that's not why I'm here today. Christopher, we're here to talk about your drug problem.

The use of Glad Tidings in the S5 finale is one of the many things that make it my favorite season. That entire episode is so great.
I am not going to attempt to answer this question in the singular. I must list multiple scenes.
Tony is dumbfounded at how jealous he is after Little Carmine reveals what matters to him
OH GIRL!
One of my favorite endings to an episode ever, S2's House Arrest
I'M A FOOL TO DO YOUR DIRTY WORK OH YEAHHHH
Junior was probably my favorite starring character and I love most of his one-on-one scenes with Tony, this one in particular
Another legendary closing scene from S5
Ralph makes Vito and Eugene piss their pants with a late-night prank call to Paulie's mother
Junior's face at Bobby slays
Richie's humor was seriously underrated
You're flexing! YOU'RE FLEXING!
My pie never hurt a nobody!
Everyone on different pages during Olivia's wake

Oh man, good call. Carmine was always a slick frick, as Junior once said. You can see how subtly he needles John here.
