Your don't need to but I watched Amazing Spiderman 2 for first time last week. I never watched because this board slammed it and I never caught it on streaming so I rented it on Amazon.

Yes, they’re not very good but he’s good and this movie calls back to his movies and honestly is the best moment of this movie is a reference to something in those movies

Kinda hard to say with no spoilers. I think it’s not a spoiler to say I had an issue with Holland’s spider-man’s actions and and a truly I felt very little sympathy for him throughout the movie
