I’m not really sure how anyone can say this season has been “great”
“Cupid Ye” - mediocre at best. Bottom third of SP. post clips to change my mind. Premise had me jacked. Delivery sucked.100% forgettable
“Worldwide Privacy Tour” - awesome, but I’m a sucker for the Canadian bits, and the connection to the royals kicks arse. Don’t even know shite about Harry/Megan
“Japanese Toilet” - meh. Had moments, but they played them out, and this was when I noticed Jimmy lost his stutter. Maybe it happened before, I dunno. This was also when I noticed that I haven’t seen Timmy in a while. Might be wrong in that???
Maybe the MTV board assfaces are right, and Trey / Matt have gone pussy soft?
“Deep Learning” - Solid. Nothing special, but no complaints. Could prove to be very good with time.
“Dingbaus Hot Dogs” - haven’t finished / no opinion
“Spring Break” - dreadful. Unfunny
And I don’t even hate the “Garrison = Trump” nonsense as much as most around here
Caitlyn Jenner as the running mate was funny, and could have easily been worked in into this one, if they had to go there.
But they didn’t
Because they’re behind
The “Spring Break” SP episode in 2023 needs to involve Florida.
If they’re hell bent on some Trump funk, it still could have been worked in, but they fricked that up

Nah, but we both know they've avoided the fact that Biden is a pedophile. The reason why is whats important. They aren't progressives but they are enjoying the parties they've been invited to. I'm sure it's difficult to turn down that billion dollars. They've been insulated from regular people and are becoming more limousine liberal and just focusing on the headlines as opposed to trying to figure out what everything is really about. They also know their audience and executives and how many people would screech if they ever addressed Biden being a pedophile.

For me SP is at its best when it takes random shite and focuses super hard on it for 20 minutes, and when it focuses on the boys more than other shite (with some Randy thrown in for good measure). And I feel like this season has done that really solidly.
This episode sucked, but the others were great because they felt like classic SP in a way that has been few and far between for the last 6-8 seasons. They didn't try to hammer current events to the point of that being what every episode was solely about. It was more just about random stupid shite that Randy or the boys got into. I much prefer to that to some of the stuff we've seen in recent years.
And again, I don't give a shite if they make fun of Trump or Biden or whatever, just make it funny. And Garrison as Trump is just a complete miss for me and always has been. Garrison is literally already a character on the show (and one of the better ones). So to force him to literally BE Trump is just...weird.
I will say though, as much as I'm not as offended as blueboy by them not making fun of Biden at all, it is sort of strange that they don't. It would be so easy to do and there's endless content that he provides that should be right in SP's wheelhouse, so for them to completely ignore him does feel disingenuous as frick. I'm not saying they need to go guns blazing after him, but there's something stupid he says or does weekly that would fit perfectly into SP, but they don't go for it...all while shoehorning Trump into the storyline again. Make it funny and I'll laugh along with everybody, but it definitely does feel a bit uneven.

As a bit, yeah. As a whole episode? I don't know. Who's to say Biden won't be any funnier than Trump on South Park?
I agree with you though that this season as a whole was a winner. I assume we will get a special or two later this year as well.
