Don’t bother. The recasting is WAY too jarring IMO.

Check out Atypical Family when you get a chance. Starts out kinda weak but it ends SOOO well. The little girl actress carries the show and the father/daughter storyline hits hard if you have kids

Bump

About to finish Sweet Home season 3

This show is absolutely incredible. It’s what Walking Dead tried to be but failed.

About to finish episode 2

It’s really good so far

It’s amazing how these writers can take such a seemingly boring concept and make it amazing

I agree and I’m going to be a broken record but if you like My Mister you have to watch Lost. Very similar vibes in making the mundane very compelling.

My Liberation Notes is another similar one. It wasn’t as good as the above two but still very much worth watching.

I have 2 episodes left. I totally agree about the daughter. I’ve seen her in several shows and she’s always great.

I get a lot of my recommendations from you so I’m ready for my next one lol. Have you seen Bloodhounds? I was thinking of starting it next.

Culinary Class Warfare was a unique take on cooking competition. Ended up being really great.

I’m glad you tried it and even more glad that you enjoyed it. I’ve watched it three times.

Same here. It’s that amazing! It’s on Prime now, not just Netflix, for those wanting to give it a shot. Ready to start another rewatch. Still can’t believe the “Mister” committed suicide last Christmas after being caught up/framed/blackmailed in that drug/cheating scandal. So terribly sad, he was amazing as the lead.

Finishing up No Gain No Love. Very enjoyable cast/story with two of the leads from Hometown Cha Cha Cha.

Bout to start a 2nd watch of Our Blues, one of the most amazing shows I’ve ever seen. Kind of an ‘anthology’ where several stories take place among different characters that interact with one another in a small town. Honestly, I almost gave up after the 2nd or 3rd episode because the first story didn’t really hit with me, thank God I didn’t. It takes off. Man, the high school boyfriend/girlfriend storyline, just amazing. What a cast of fantastic actors!

Thanks for the Prime tip for friends who don’t have Netflix.

I started this and dropped it. I’ll have to give it another try. There are some times I just want fluff but typically I want a show I’m still thinking about months or even years later and want to rewatch.

I enjoyed it also.

One of the white coats is Edward Lee who has a (apparently) great restaurant in Louisville.

SPOILERS

Edward Lee was one of the final 2. He was the only contestant who they did not dub because he just spoke english the entire time, lol.

You could tell he was struggling with his Korean.
