That jax died wasn't the problem- it was that terribly fake looking Jesus nonsense. Story was fine, execution was embarrassing.

There were several Hells Angels on the show. You don't think he consulted with some of them?

I'm sure he did. But I also know he took a lot of liberties to make the show more interesting and dramatic to the public at large and that played a big role in giving people a wrong impression of what a MC is and isn't. Don't get me wrong, great show and I've loved it since season one. You just have to remember its a TV drama.

Abel had one of Jax's rings did Jax give it to him or what? I missed how he got the ring I thought Jax burned everything.

Is it just me or is Kurt Sutter an extremely shitty speaker? He stutters during every sentence.

He got that from his grandmother. She snuck it to him through the fence while he was in the playground.

Love how Jax left the club quoting Opie- "I got this."

Gentlemen, it has been honor posting with you throughout this series. With all the outrageous scenes that ripped the envelope of reality wide arse open and music montages, it's pretty a awesome, corny, weird, sad, WTF kinda ride. I'm not gonna lie my heart sank a little bit when I realized I wasn't gonna ever hear "Stat tuned for scenes from next week's episode." again. I'm gonna miss this shite show, awesomely bad, painfully addictive, masterpiece in its own kind of way series.

With almost every cop in CA chasing one guy on a motorcycle.

Oh I have no doubt the pace of the show is much faster than what most 1% clubs are used to, I'm just talking about the way the club operated as a whole.

I think Happy is a Hell's Angel in real life who was brought on as a consultant for the show and ended up getting an acting gig

The depiction of the inner workings of how a club works was pretty much spot on. Where folks got a false impression was they saw being a club as nothing but one drama filled adventure after another. Nobody had jobs, nobody did anything other than ride and have adventures and drama. Which I understand it's hot to be that way or the TV show would have been cancelled midway through season one.

Sutter is clearly on something. He keeps joking about getting drunk, but I don't think alcohol is the issue.
