I thought Ronan died because he tried to grab it and he couldnt where as Peter could of his celestial lineage not that he used the stone to personally destroy Roman.
No, Peter actually used the Infinity Stone to destroy Ronan.

Black dude from Thor has it
How else could he see all trillions of souls in the universe and he has orange yellow eyes
Heimdall has always been able to do that. He’s an Asgardian and they sometimes have special powers. Don’t really need an infinity stone to explain it.

Does the Collector have any powers?

Is it true that Infinity War will have 2 parts?
Where will the division be if that is the case?

Ronan grabbed the stone briefly and then put into His hammer.
Is Thanos a celestial who could touch the stones?

He can manipulate cosmic energy, some precognition, limited shape shifting and he is essentially immortal. Collecting is what gives him his will to keep living.

How old is Thanos?
Is he celestial or immortal?

Ronan was such a fanatic of singular purpose that he was able to transfer the stone to his totem of power, he wouldn't have finesse but he could direct it.
Power being unbridled destruction is just the easiest to see it overwhelm a user. Like the collector's slave girl. Or Quill and the Guardians redirecting it all to Ronan.
Mindstone we've seen overly frick people. Strange was able to control the time stone due to photographic memory and singular purpose. Space stone disappeared red skull for 70 years and counting. Reality stone was slowly killing Jane until an elf took it from her. So they aren't to be fricked with for the unprepared.
Thanos fricks.

We have no idea on MCU Thanos.
Comic Thanos is a Deviant from Titan which was another Celestial experimentation ground.
The stones also didn't outright frick you in the comics.
He is practically immortal.

I've been learning more about the stones in preparation for IW. Thing is, if individually they are each so powerful. Then for one being, Thanos, to control all 6. He would basically be unbeatable.
I'm really excited to see how this will play out

So the Soul Stone has had 1 minute of air time in the movies it reads. I bet it’s with Adam Warlock, since we catch a glimpse of him at the end of GOTG2.

Or the time that the Collector references all 6 stones in GOTG.

Soul stone wasn’t in any movies I thought.

How easily would Thanos have killed Ronan when Ronan had the purple skittle?
