Hoping the reviews are wrong somehow. I've really been looking forward to this beeing the next good FX series. I love the whole premise since it's the era that I grew up in.

Era means time, not location last time I checked. I grew up during that time and heard about on tv and in music.

Im looking forward to this. I tried to get into Queen of the South, and it disappointed. Hopefully this won't.

Yeah. I was kind of excited for Queen of the South too, but it was a terd. I rarely like series on USA. Loved Suits though.

One preview makes it sound like its partially based on the true storyline from the "Kill the Messenger" movie starting Jeremy Renner. Honestly wasn't planning on watching but I found that movie very interesting and will give Snowfall a shot

I did all kinds of drugs all kinds of ways, but never took it up the arse. Heard of a lot of people plugging X and valium of all things.
