Apparently the show runners had some Stanford mathematicians work through the entire ‘how long would it take to jerk off every guy in a room’ problem with legit math. So all of that scribbling you see on the chalkboards the next morning is a legitimate solution to the question

So I’m brought two seasons and I think I’ve reached the end for me.
Richard is fricking terrible. Just an awful human with no social skills and keeps fricking Pied Piper over.
Ditto for many other side-character hijinks.
It just gets too formulaic and contrived when they constantly fail to launch.

I would say that you don't get the show, but you pretty much nailed it.

Hell, I'd watch it just for the occasional one-liners from Jian Lang about Erlich Bachman

The one liners can be great, but the show goes nowhere.

I loved SV as a network admin and huge fan of Mike Judge, but try Mystic Quest on apple+ it's probably more accessible and similar to SV
