THAT is exactly what I thought of when I saw the thread.

My other one is What About Brian. The writing sucked (plots jumping around no real resolution to things) but I really liked the characters (the ones they actually developed). It could have been a really good show. *sigh*

probably best that they canceled playmakers.

good show for 1 year, but it wasn't going to last. too many Canadian actors.

I thought the same thing when I saw the commercials, but I gave it a chance just because it was set in New Orleans. It was a very good show. Good acting, writing, etc. I thought it was well done. Maybe not one of my favorite shows of all time, but I'm definitely getting the DVD when it comes out.
