Not entirely accurate. Women can be exempted from service due to a number of circumstances that include religion, pregnancy, or being 17 or older when they arrive in Israel to live. Observant Jewish women are allowed to skip military service altogether.

Pretty much. I hate to tell all of you nerds, but comic book characters are not drawn with normal proportions. A strong, tall in-shape woman rarely has a huge rack.

So do you not care about the actual acting in this movie? You really want them to choose some athlete just cause they're tall

She was originally cast for a network reboot of Wonder Woman a few years back. The pilot was so horrible, however, the network decided not to take it to series. Some scenes have surfaced online. They were insanely bad.

You never know how a casting will work out. I thought Adrianne Palicki would have made a great Wonder Woman but NBC didn't pick up the show. On Agents of Shield she certainly looks the part of an Amazon.
Gadot, however, is about the same size as Palicki and might very well be able to pull the role off.
