With the way she's acting it seems like it would be too obvious that she is doing it. Unless her and Camille are doing it together. The way she is cool with Camille when minute then taunting her the next seems like it means something...
Its not the sister or Camille
The brother and his girlfriend are weird AF though, and there were some unanswered questions from their interview, unless I missed it. Where exactly were they when the night his sister went missing? And why did he get so angry when they brought up the other victim?

From what we’ve been shown, her daughter wasn’t killed was she? Maybe that line was just another sign of Adora making everything about herself.
At first I assumed cancer. But I wouldn’t put it past Adora to be the type of person pushing Münchausen syndrome by proxy.

Didn't she have a seizure when they were smoking pot? I wouldn't put it past the bitch mom to blame it on Camille if she died from something random like a brain anyeurysm while they happened to be getting high.

The self harm stuff really freaks me out. I am not sure why but cutting freaks me out.
That suicide scene when Camille's roommate drinks the Drano... and the finds that bolt from the toilet and starts ripping into her arm...
I love these types of shows, but this one is pretty dark and definitely twisted. Not many shows affect me after I watch them, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I was peaking around corners for dead girls last night before bed...

I was squirming on the couch when she stuck the needle under her fingernail last week. The suicide and bolt scene were brutal last night, but I loved the foreshadowing of the camera lingering on the janitor's supply cart with drano/ammonia/bleach showing.

I saw that and pointed it out to my wife. It's hard to catch all of the small foreshadowings in this show, but i caught that one. Lol

Same can be said for anyone else in that town
No one has mentioned Camille’s boss back in St Louis, dude seems weirdly obsessed with getting Camille to “fix herself”

I doubt this theory, I think it was more the cheerleader was trying to get her 15 minutes thru paper. The guy, understandably, just wants to be left alone.

Honestly, the brother didn’t bother me. He’s clearly upset that he had to move to this shitty town and it claimed his sister. And makes sense that they’d be that close moving to a new town too. I’d probably be ready to tell everybody to frick off too.
I think he also think the first girl’s dad is involved by his reaction to Camille mentioning him talking about him.
The girlfriend is just grabbing for attention. Hence the innocent cheerleader outfit.

I don't think it seems that unreasonable for a boss who thinks she is talented at her job but being held back by mental issues outside of work.

Is that your opinion or did you read the book? Because if you read the book and start eliminating people then it's spoilers. Right now I feel like it could be literally any character on that show.

True. This show does a good job at making every notable character seem like they are a suspect without going over the top
If I had to pick someone after these 3 episodes I would go with Amma being involved and Adora knows about it and is in on the cover up to protect her precious “doll”. Amma seems like a master manipulator so far

Complete opinion, based on fact
Camille was in St. Louis until the 2nd girl disappeared. And as the detective alluded to I have big time doubts that a teenage girl could have yanked someones teeth out of their head.
Unless the sister is part of a larger murder cult.
But If I had to bet, I think there's a better chance that the sister is the next victim than her being involved in the murders.

Wouldn’t shock me. Then Adora would get to blame Camille again

I admittedly have zoned out for some details, do we know for at fact that she was in St. Louis at the time of death? From the road sign in the last episode we see St. Louis is 90 miles away, couple hours drive. For some reason I get the feeling a big showing was made about a man pulling the tooth out, the detective actually getting a pig's head just to see, and both he and the Sheriff saying it HAD to be a man because of this. The show seems so mysterious that a simple "oh it was that guy" at the end seems too simple.

Interestingly enough, the Sheriff was using pliers when he was fixing the stop sign in the scene right after the detective determined it would need to be someone (likely a man) because of the force needed.

In the preview for next week he is meeting with the mom and tells her. One of your daughters is dangerous and the other is in danger. I bet he knows Amma has a dark side.

Some quick notes on Episode 3 "Fix":
This was the first time that Amma creeped me out. It's fairly clear that the "I've always wanted to know more about my big sister" personality was an act. She clearly knows the town rumors about Camille and what she was like as a teen.
The glimpses into Camille's passed are becoming more detailed. E4 should shed some light on the hut in the middle of the woods.
I no longer think Bob Nash is connected to the murders in any way. He clearly has his own issues (town drunk/DUI etc). But it's clear that he lives on the other side of tracks in Wind Gap and he's just trying to get by. Adora really pissed me off when she interrupted the interview between Camille and Bob. It seemed like Camille was making a bit of headway with him.
Alan has some repressed anger/sadness shortly after being rejected by his wife. After he helped her dress her wound he asked if she wanted him to stay with her that night (assume this means they sleep in different rooms) and she said no and he went downstairs to do his routine with his records and it just seemed to boil over.
Sheriff Vickery has some pretty good one-liners in this series (Even if he's an a-hole). Also, I think Vickery and Adora have a history together.

Going with gut feelings, I think Adora is involved with the murders. Something that both of the murdered girls have in common is that they are from families that keep to themselves and are outsiders. Adora seems so invested in tradition, propriety, and the status quo of the town that I could imagine her lashing out at any perceived blemish on it. That would also reframe her opposition to Camille’s investigation. My gut also says that she’s not working alone and that there’s a conspiracy, maybe with other womenfolk of the town.
