But bring back Rosie as Lex

I still rewatch the episode where Chloe brainwashes the girls at Smallville High into joining a sex cult and brands them...oh wait, that was REAL LIFE.

Oh, I dunno. John Cryer's Lex Luthor is surprisingly good so far, especially now that its revealed that he is behind EVERYTHING so far in Season 4.

Was the football coach “ dean “ from supernatural?

Yep. Jensen Ackles played a part on Smallville.
IIRC, they wrapped up his storyline a bit early because he landed Supernatural and had to start filming it.

I remember watching the pilot, it was one of the first premiers I remember really being sold as event television (for my age group). It lost me 3-4 episodes in - thought it was way too melodramatic and I did not find Welling to be a believable Clark Kent.

Watcha talking bout willis? Welling is the best Clark kent.

Never forget the early episode of an old lady who could see the future. She saw a cape flying with Clark’s future, and then after seeing Lex was the President, surrounded by decay and blood rain, she dies.
Solid.
Solid.

I binged it around 2-3 years ago and was hooked until around Season 6 and I eventually just grew tired of watching it. I think it’s because I watched Seasons 1-5 in probably a two month span and just got burned out. Still on the fence on whether to finish it

You should.
Seasons 9-10, especially the 10th is some of the best and most faithful Superman storytelling you can get without Superman actually being there.
Oh and Lois Lane was amazing in the 10th. I'm usually a hater of Lois Lane and Clark Kent as a couple as she usually makes it all about her in the comics.
But the 10th season of smallville really showed me how it can work when she loves Clark Kent before she ever meets Superman.

The 9th and 10th seasons rocked. Season 7 was the weakest, but that was during the writers strike too.
