I'm incredibly shocked on how good of reviews this film is getting. It was a clusterfrick in every sense of the word from a film making process. I thought the only film that would be worse than this this summer would be After Earth. But somehow they apparently pulled it off. Good for them and I'm looking forward to seeing it.

What do you mean? Films with terrible production scedules and numerous reshoots typically blow. I'm always willing to admit when I'm wrong about a film.

I don't know about schedule but isn't Peter Jackson known for doing reshoots months after filming had wrapped on LOTR and Hobbit?

Tad bit different because they've added a few extra hours to the film. They're not going back and reshooting scenes they fricked up on for the most part I don't think.

So is this movie supposed to be a dramatic action piece using some suspense like " I am Legend," or is it more horror like "28 Days Later?"
