Legit. Maybe Charlie & Mac aside, they're all deep as a birdbath - but Dennis & Frank have true evil inside.

I would lump her as almost harmless in the grouping with Mac & Charlie.

Frank isnt evil. He's weird as shite but he's also a hell of a business man and schemer. He's got a soft spot for Charlie and normally if he is doing somethign wrong or bad its to get back at someone or teach someone a lesson. Of course he's worse than Charlie and Mac, but not as bad as Dennis and Dee. They're twins and it shows.
Dennis is most obviously number 1. He's an egotistical sociopath with rapist and serial killer written all over him.
Dee, his twin sister, is a very close second. She's also a maniacal egotistical sociopath. She participated in the fake serial killer stalkings, destroyed a priest for no reason, emasculated a soldier multiple times, let a married guy move in with her, tried to break up the waitresses wedding, the list goes on and on.
Dont forget they also both went on welfare and got crack addictions.
Mac might be less evil than Charlie, which is a discussion im happy to have if anyone wants to have it.
