Shoshana grew up in the 1930s where cameras were readily available and local authorities would want to keep track of people to some extent, whether that be through school or identification in general.
Plus they likely got a family photo like almost all families in Western Europe did in those days, and the photographer could have kept the negatives which the Nazis then used to hunt other Jews down. Hell, Shoshana’s father or mother may have kept a precious picture of Shoshana with them.
I think there are several avenues where Landa could have gotten a picture of Shoshana and her family. Sure there wasn’t a Facebook at the time, but plenty of reasons and events that Shoshana’s picture could have been taken.
Suggesting that Landa could make out an adult Shoshana based on a photo (that the movie doesn't even say exist), I think is a stretch.
Clearly, he was probing to find out if she was a Jew. That doesn't mean he suspects her to be Shoshana.
Fun fact: Kosher rules can be broken in situations that require you do it to save your life.

This is just a big stretch. Hideout Jews most likely had family photos laying around?
Shoshana’s parents might have kept one in their pocket say from the mid-1930s. Plus I think it’s more likely that they’d get it done by a professional photographer and the photographer would keep the negatives in case they wanted more copies or something like that. That had to be a pretty lucrative business at the time even in rural environments, because unless you’re hiding from the Nazis, pretty much every family wants a family portrait to one degree or another.

Also it assigns Landa as almost super hero powers looking at it that way. I prefer it based in more reality where the guy isn't an all knowing being but rather a guy that is good at his job but also not perfect.
If I was a Nazi looking for Jews, outside of directly searching their homes, the very first places I’d go would be the schools, the police department, and the local professional photographer in an effort to get photos of the people I’m hunting.

He could probably get a yearbook photo of her at 16 and recognize her at the age of 21.

Just a little too much could have, would have, and might have for me.

You have a very warped sense of how many people would have photographs in the 1930s in war torn Europe.

It wasn’t war torn until 1939 (and France wasn’t invaded until the next year). People in France were living relatively normally until the Nazis invaded.

Two great, intense scenes in this movie, and the some just odd stuff too. Typical Tarantino
