I don't understand your issue with the embryo descendents setting up the wormhole etc on their own.
Because if the wormhole wasn't open in the first place, then they wouldn't have ever been there. There are multiple timeline scenarios on where the people from Earth could do it, but it is an improbable scenario that people who never could exist make the wormhole. If they're 6th dimensional beings (which I don't think is even theoretically possible) then the Plan B kids could have opened it, but from the fifth, they'd have to exist there in the first place.

Unless it's a combo of original humanity and those raised from the embryos, there's no way it was the Embryo descendants alone who did this since they wouldn't have gone through the wormhole in the first place. It could a combination or the original humanity, or even a branch of humanity who barely survived Earth but wanted to change it to a brighter future than their past was, but there's no way it was solely the embryo descendants. It's an unbelievable paradox if that's the case.
That paradox exists if the creators of the tesseract were the descendants of the humans no matter which group they'd descended from
EMBRYOS
The embryos evolve away from Earth and develop the technology that allows them to create the wormhole, which allows the embryos to get away from Earth and survive in the first place.
LEFT BEHIND HUMANS
Murphy gets TARS' data, which allows her to solve gravity so the humans can leave the planet and evolve and develop the technology that creates the wormhole, which allows Cooper and TARS to dive into the black hole and send the data back to Murphy.
Bootstrap paradoxes for everyone!

The big question is.................why did they need to create a wormhole that is already there?

but if they never go through the wormhole then they die on earth. There will always be paradoxes when dealing with time travel since it is all theory anyway.
Outside help would have been a more absolute ending to the movie, another race dropping the wormhole or at least leave it unanswered to force people to think/guess about it.
