Just make a sci-fi alien kid friendly character of their own. Instead they skin walk a beloved character or franchise and ruin it. They’re scared to make original movies like that because of their reputation so they do the bait and switch shite.

That’s not Disney though, what happened there is Netflix liked the performance of Army of the Dead so they signed Snyder to a deal that let him run free with those silly movies. What Disney does is strip mine popular IP but ruins them which is worse. Prey was made for $65mil and it did well but they didn’t release it in theaters so they figured if they used the same guy and doubled the budget they’d have a big hit. The difference is Prey was much closer in tone with the true Predator movies. There are similarities with some of the characters but BLs is far more cartoonish, CGI slop.

It’s just a bad model objectively. You look at any long going franchise, they have one thing in common, they don’t stray too far from the original premise. Horror franchises like Saw, Final Destination, Scream, Fri-13, Freddy. Franchises like 007, they don’t change at their core, they just follow the zeitgeist as the peripheral of the story. Disney, like you said, completely alters the core of these franchises. It doesn’t work.

Who knows where that lunatic is coming from. She’s all over the place with her takes. Disney does pay for alot of positive reviews, every movie they’ve put out for the last year or so follows the same pattern. Every movie or show starts out as the best thing ever then 8 months later it’s shite.

As usual all you do is lie. I’ve seen the movie, you know I’ve seen it and just like the last thread you pulled this stunt in you continue to lie about that and still do to this day. Neither of us have told anyone to not like or not see this movie. You on the other hand have attacked every single person who hasn’t worshipped it completely.

It's hilarious watching them cope so hard with movies they didn't see but don't like doing well. If the movie does well at the Box office but poorly with reviews they'll point to that if it bombs they'll point that out while ignoring the strong audience scores they pulled the same shite with Fantastic Four and Superman.
