Just some issues to point out with this statement:
- This season was filmed back in 2024. Contributing it to anything that has happened since is absolutely silly.
- Season 1 strongly established Peacemaker’s Dad as a dyed in the wool white supremacist. Not a conservative with a sprinkle of racism. But a literal Nazi supporter. That’s not every conservative is a Nazi range. It’s we’re dealing with literal Nazis.
- And of course in the reveal there’s a literal Nazi symbol on the American flag and a heavy suggestion they’ve rounded up Black and Brown people into camps.

I admittedly haven’t read the comic so I didn’t want to attribute it to that even though I’ve read from other sources it is from the comic. Thanks for confirming it.

They really did. And if there was a show and a medium I’d like to see utilize that kind of twist this would be it. Just because we’re going to get some hilarious, over the top stuff out of it.
