I'm only, like, 6 or so episodes in, but didn't she say that she "didn't recall" meeting the guy and not explicitly "never met him". I would think it would skirt the perjury line and she wouldn't be prosecuted for it.

better than season 1. however episode 1 of season 2 is the worst episode of the series
