Yeah, I get tired of hearing her talk about "protecting the family" or "protecting the club". Every time she tries to do that, everything would've been better off if she stayed out of the club's business and stayed an ole lady.

I was at Happy getting off on the torture and execution scene. That guy is nuts.

It was good. There were some slow parts, but you can tell that Jax does not care about a single thing in this season.

after everything that has gone down by now, i'm not sure why jax believes anything gemma says. at the very least, you'd think he would've wanted to hear the asian guy's side of the story....for all we know, he might've had an air-tight alibi for his whereabouts. but nooooo, let's just take gemma at her word & torture the poor guy to death, and potentially start a war in the process.
also, why the hell did wendy let unser inside her apartment? the only reason i can come up with is "so he has a reason to come back & search the place".
since the end of season 2, i've tried to view the show as nothing more than pulpy escapism, and just sit back & enjoy the ride....but then i'll hear kurt sutter blowing his own horn as if he actually believes what he's writing is in some sort of elite class of its own, and i can't help but shake my head at such nonsense. i like the show & all, but jeez, there's some seriously lazy writing going on....
and where can i get one of those forks? the ones i've owned barely penetrate through a steak with the same ease, never mind someone's skull...

I concur. I do not subject the plot to any more scrutiny than I would an episode of Scooby Doo, or it would fall apart.
As with How I Met Your Mother, I've been wishing for it to end for a couple years. But I have too much time in it to drop out.
