Shelli actually looks good in her interview.
Eta: Just saw Clay's interview, and he said "at the end of the day" a couple times.. it made me cringe.. thanks Caleb..

So far, from watching the interviews, Vanessa is extremely likable, Steve is boring, Jace is a boring version of Hayden, Clay is very chill and likeable, Da'Vonne is very straightforward and honest, somewhat loud but could get in the middle of things, James seems fun, but I think he will make bad choices that will screw him, Liz is annoying, and will most likely be the first to have a breakdown, Audrey is gonna start some shite, she isn't shy at all and seems to have a mean streak, Jason is the token gay guy this season, but not nearly as irritating as Frankie, he could be likeable (think a mix of Wil H and Ian T), Meg is awkward, not too sure about her, John is fricking insane, in a good way.. he's gonna be gold in the diary room, I'm not sure about Shelli, nothing stood out about her personality, typical girl who is obsessed with shopping, think victoria, but not stupid. Austin could be great if he takes a leadership role, he seems to be a good voice of reason, definitely made for speaking, he has an "alter ego" Judas, which comes out when he puts his top hat on. Austin has integrity and is a teddy bear, Judas is will to back stab and do whatever it takes to win, and finally Becky, she could be fun, good personality but not too likeable..
