They are holding down buttons with their two hands and their back foot. There words "ready", "set" appear and they have to wait for "go" to appear before they can release the buttons. Other words appear that rhyme with "go" to try and fool them to release early so that they are eliminated.

Its a track race. They have to stay set with 2 hands on a button, and a foot on a bottom, and can only leave once the word "go" goes on the screen. They will be mixing words like "Bo", and other words to make them flinch
