Very simply, the main alliance was in power too early for too many weeks without a betrayal. Last year you had Devon and Amber from the original 8. Crazy to think if they had just voted out Austin's creepy arse, Vanessa/Shelli/Clay would still be dominating more than likely. I think Vanessa saw it, but her failure was not being able to convince the others it was a bad idea to blindside Jason. Should have played it safe with Steve or Becky before going after someone tight with the other side of the house.

Yep, that was 6th Sense's big undoing. They had a legit reason to backdoor Austin, they were in a prime position to trick the other side into thinking they were forming an alliance together, and the other side still didn't have a clue that 6th Sense existed even though Audrey told them. But once they went back on backdooring Austin, and put up what was basically at the time the head of the other side, the line was drawn. And once the other side started winning comps, 6th Sense was in major trouble. That was a huge mistake.
