This is great. 3:20 BBT Shelli wants to expose the twins and Austin to James for their role in getting Jason out. She wants Steve out. Vanessa's face is awesome.

I can't believe I can't watch the feeds during all of this
. I love watching the facial expressions almost as much as hearing the conversations, especially when deceit and paranoia are at play. I haven't been able to watch the feeds during all of this, and probably won't be able to catch up on it until late tonight .

What James should do is put Shelli and Becky up. Scare the shite out of Becky to make her quit ratting them out. Clay likely doesnt play in the Veto. If Becky or any of the alliance members win, take Becky off and put up Clay. Boom, guaranteed one of Clelli goes home. If Shelli wins Veto somehow, replace with Clay and now either Becky or him go home.

Good that James is going to stick to his guns and put up the big targets. I was worried that whoever won it would be persuaded by Clelli or Vanessa to do whatever they wanted in the end but hopefully he keeps it at Clay/Shelli/Vanessa/even Austin.

Your scenario only foolproof if Clay doesn't play for veto. They can't assure that he doesn't play, so if he does get picked and wins it, he'll take Shelli off the block and they are both safe.

I think the smartest move is to put Shelli and Clay up, and leave Vanessa as the replacement option. That way you can assure yourself that one of the "power couple" stays on the block at all times, and then you can decide to send Vanessa home after veto is used. But the other side would prefer to send Shelli home over any of them.

No that would be terrible
If one of the alliance members wins POV, they will definitely take off Shelly. James will replace Shelly with Clay, and the other side will have the votes to save Clay and Becky will go home.
Becky to be evicted: Vanessa, Austin, Liz, Julia, Shelly
Clay to be evicted: Meg, Jackie
Unsure of: Steve, Johnny Mac

Smartest move is putting up Clay and Shelly..the motive is to split them up. There's a better chance of them staying up rather than getting off, so you go with that.
You just have to hope that it's not Vanessa that wins POV.

Also, you want to nominate Clay and Shelly because if one of them wins POV while nominated, they can only save 1 of them. If Clay or Shelly win while not nominated, they can save both.
