I agree. They are playing a flawless social game. Clay is a physical beast and I think Shelli is the most dangerous player in the house. She's attractive, smart, a pretty good physical player, well liked by the house and aligned with an alpha male. Jury is a given for both.
I'm still pretty hurt by the way Jeff was railroaded out of the house.... even if he did have an obnoxiously big mouth.

The way she overreacts to every little thing is TV gold. I'm pretty sure we're going to see a huge emotional freak out from her when shite starts to blow up in her face.

I just went back and watched the Shelli & Clay convo about that. Their backdoor options right now are Austin and Audrey. Clay was pushing hard to backdoor Audrey, and told Shelli if he gets HoH he is going after her. But Shelli wants to feel Vanessa out about Austin.
I guess Vanessa has caught on to it somehow because she was evidently telling Austin he needs to regain their trust (from what I gather from reading Jokers).
I would love to see Shelli backdoor one of them, and I really don't care which one (although watching Austin melt up there on the block would be epic). I guess we are going to see Vanessa going into full spin control.
ETA: The Shelli/Clay convo started around 5:25 AM cam 3/4, And the Vanessa/Austin convo (it actualy starts with Van & Julia) starts at 5:48 AM cam 1/2
