No, Austin and Vanessa decided to after either James or Jeff as soon as they won duel HoH in the bathroom. Vanessa was the one that came up with the plan to keep Audrey close until double eviction and get her out then so she couldn't blow up their game. That was also done very early (may have even been before they won HoH). But then the plan was reaffirmed last night.
