She is definitely the alpha in that relationship.

saul is going to either get a lot of that money to keep quiet or some of that money to have them stay quiet and be their helper.

I liked how Saul and Mike finally connected in the stairwell, Mike saw Saul's competence as a lawyer and Saul now knows Mike is more than just a "parking booth troll". Something tells me that Mike will end up getting a cut of the money Saul takes.

AMC has them for free on their website.

This isn't surprising given the extremely gratuitous nature of the product placement in this show. It's like they aren't even trying. The opening scene of episode 1 of the show was a 10 minute cinnabon commercial.

Did you just not watch Breaking Bad? That scene would have been meaningless without the viewer seeing that Saul was working at a Cinnabon.

You would think Saul would have squirreled away enough dough to just lay low instead of having to make cinnamon rolls.

What other product placements? It has not stuck out to me if they have.I guess it does make me want to buy a shitty yellow and brown car though.

Sauls Cadillac,,, I don't even know who makes the Aztec, I guess it was Pontiac, but that thing was cool, seems like the wife drove a Suburban. I guess Cinnabon might be paying for ad time but either way it just fits and is canon now.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but he could have just as easily been working at some fictional restaurant (re: los pollos hermanos). He was working at frickING CINNABON though, and this is not a coincidence. Cinnabon paid $$$$$ to get their logo plastered across the screen for 10 minutes at the beginning of the most highly anticipated tv premier of the season.

There was plenty of other placement too, all of the booze he was drinking, as someone else mentioned, the cars, there is probably more that I didn't even notice.

Well considering this was mentioned in Breaking Bad, not really a coincidence.

I guess they knew this show would be made when they got written into the last season of Breaking Bad.

Would you rather no one drove a car in any TV show? Or are you really trying to tell me that Cadillac paid to place a mid 90s DeVille on this show that isn't even Saul's yet and is likely not goingto be featured on the show any time in the near future?

A coincidence, no. They surely paid to be mentioned in Breaking Bad. It was not a secret that Better Call Saul was going to be made at that point either.

There is nothing blatant so far in this show. Hate to burst your bubble.

lol, you're just a pathetic fanboy that can't fathom that ol' boy Vince sold out. Watch that first episode again and tell me with a straight face there isn't any product placement. It was blatant and cringeworthy.

I don't remember off hand. I feel like there was some scotch or something with like a 5 second shot of the label and maybe like miller lite or something... I promise you they are in there.
