Paige should be the one to go. Tim and Andrew were bad, but she was on a whole nother level of suckage.

She sounds like a corner coffee house singer who is about to become famous because her voice is unbelievable. She is recording ready. She is crisp and very technical in all of her songs. She just doesn't have the mainstream appeal because of her style of music or looks.

I can see her singing at the Lilith Fair and being extremely successful in that particular market. The lesbian girl power movement will eat her up and buy everything she releases. I see her being a hit.

That's why the judges love her.

Eh, I guess i just don't get it. I wouldn't buy anything I've heard her sing so far. But, I'm just one person. And maybe it just isn't my kind of music.

Oh, and her hair still makes me itch !

it was very telling that none of the other contestants cried for her when she got voted out

sucks for Paige that she made it to 11 and got booted because she wont go on tour and make any money this summer. The top 12 get their recording artists (AFTRA) union dues paid by the show and go out on a tour that nets them each a nice chunk of change. Paige got her dues paid but wont get to tour.

it will be interesting to see who goes next. Didi and Andrew are sitting there kind of exposed and Katie in the bottom three was very surprising. Soul/R&B week coming will be very telling because I am amazed at how STRAIGHT some of these performances are. Some of these people have ZERO swing and rhythm in their singing (Andrew and Tim especially) and could be completely out of their element singing soul music.

I think Andrew might surprise some people by going back to what he was doing earlier in the show. He's been out of his element the last few weeks.

Miley Cyrus should have gone home last night.

I knew these last few weeks were going to be bad when Lilly and Katelyn got left out of the top 12 in favor of Paige and Lacey. I still can't figure out how that happened.

The judges are totally screwing around with Andrew. That guy should never perform without his guitar and he needs to stop singing old songs. His bread and butter is taking a newer, upbeat pop song and turning it into an acoustic.

It just seems like this year's group lacks creativity. Last year there were four or five people who take an older song and change it around to make it relevant. This group just can't do that. So they pick old songs and sing them exactly like the original recording.

IMO, comparing this year's group to last year's, Crystal is the only one who would make it in last year's top 5.
