You guys can say what you want, and music is all about taste, but that P2 performance to end it was awesome. I am a big Mumford fan, which may be why I like it.

Sanchez has closed the gap a little on dial idol. She still has a ways to go. Plus west coast will help. This thing will be decided on text votes.
I'm hoping this show saves face and a "saved"* contestant doesn't win. The save needs to be thrown out of the equation next year. I am also kind of confused about why idol producers think the judges need an increased role on the show because with everything I read and people I talk to, everyone seems to agree that the judges need to have a weakened role on the show.

The gap is still close to the same. They both dropped. I agree that text votes will decide it.

Well I sent about 500 text votes. I hate to admit it, but it's not that I'm a big P2 fan, I just don't think Chez is that good.

Sanchez better not win this. The original song for her was awesomely terrible. It isn't the style she wants to/should sing and who the hell is going to believe and buy into such a serious love song when the girl has experienced nothing hard in her life at 16?? I was surprised the judges commented so harshly if that is the song that is supposed to jump start her after Idol if she wins. I guess they can always change it

(Note: I did not vote that many times.)
And, Jessica is very good vocally. She just might not be your style of music but she definitely can sing. P2's lack of range does nothing for me. He won round 3 though. I would have much rathered a Josh/Jessica final...

I dont dispute her ability, but she doesnt perform well and frankly she doesnt sound very good (to me). She is very talented, but I personally believe she is very blah as a performer. At least P2 has a little originality, she will just be one more Pop voice that you get to hear her song over and over and over. No thanks.
