Yeah, I have been following that pretty closely week to week. He has been seeing a kidney specialist almost once a day for the last few weeks. I saw the article you posted a few days ago about his home doctor telling him he needs treatment. Just feel bad for him. Sounds miserable. I imagine that he will be even better once back to health. I hope he doesn't have any long term effects from this.

P2 killed the last song. Won the night, but honestly, it wasn't a very exciting final either way. P2 is really sick and he looks pretty weak. Needs surgery ASAP after the finale according to his doc.

I liked Phillip a lot more than Sanchez tonight. She was boring. Phillips last performance was a home run. It was the original song idol made for him to sing.
Sanchez did "I have nothing" from Whitney. Shannon Magrane sang that one during whitney week earlier this season. And the other one she did was "prayer". With the idol original song, she ended up doing all ballads. She was okay but nothing special.
She needs the west coast to win.

Phillips also did "moving out" like he did earlier this season during Billy Joel week. I agree with Gris that he should have done "Volcano" again. But it was still solid.
