I was actually pissed about this. The initial press release was worded in a way that made it sound like all of the OLDER HBO series would be on and only the current shows would be on a 3 year lag schedule.
Curb missing pisses me off as does Extras season 2 and the Xmas special.

I recall reading that among the older shows Curb, Sex and the City and Entourage would not be on prime. Not sure the reason.

Curb, Sex and the City, and Entourage are not on Prime because they are tied up in syndication deals.
