Ok. Taika has not directed an episode of What We Do in the Shadows since the first season. He has never written an episode. He has never served as showrunner. I'm pretty sure he isn't the reason you don't like the show anymore, considering the season you do like was the season he was most creatively involved in producing.

Welp, I was wrong . Thanks for setting that straight. I guess shitty writing was to blame because, Atleast to me, there was an insidious drop off in the quality of that show… I still think the guy sucks but for one less reason lol

What's funny is I wasn't planning on seeing it because I already associate Waititi with woke crap. Figured there would be a lot of that inserted into the movie. Guess my instincts are still working correctly.

I never Saw the new Thor or Anything past the first episode or two of Our Flag Means Death so I didn't realize that was a thing with him. Just figured it'd be a fun soccer movie that some teens might enjoy and I'd get some laughs. One character in particular was actually really funny but it didn't make up for the other crap they intentionally hid from you from the trailers.
