So the primary antagonist is taken down in the first 30 minutes of the film, and the next 150 minutes are nothing but the Avengers embarking on a scavenger hunt through time to find the stones?
I think Thanos will wreck them again and then they disband and essentially give up. Years go by before Scott finally breaks out of the Quantum Realm.

Going back in time will require them to battle Thanos again and again. I'm guessing they'll be multiple fights with him. I'm not saying he's only going show up the first 30 mins

My issue is not a female saving the day, it’s a completely new character saving the day. IMO, she won’t be the one delivering the fatal blow so to speak. She’s a big part obviously, but the OGs will be the focal point

I won't lie, Brie Larson is much better and likable in this 2 minute clip than she was in all of Captain Marvel
Hopefully it's a sign of her character moving forward.
I feared that she would get the kill shot on Thanos but I am willing to bet that Thanos kills her arse fairly early in this film. They go after Thanos early and half of them die again. Allows for more screen time for Cap, Tony, Thor, and other core Avengers.
