can anybody recommend some netflix horror? I watched the Pact last night, thought it was alright until the end. Is there anything else worth a damn on streaming?

An American Werewolf in London, The Evil Dead, and Let the Right One In immediately come to mind.

I don't even know where to begin with the disappointment that I felt for this movie.

Cabin in the Woods?

Good satire of horror movies, but it's an absolutely terrible horror movie itself. Nice comedy movie though.

I've seen both films, and I really enjoyed them. Don't know why he didn't like the original.

I'll admit that I haven't seen the US version, just the foreign film. I guess I was expecting something different because I really tend to like vampire flicks (except those like Twilight)

Saw both. Liked the US verison better even though they are virtually the same. It was pretty different from normal vampire movies tho so not sure why you didn't think it was different.

It's hard to describe. I like movies that keep with a traditional theme (such as the vampire at night, feeding off of victims, etc) and I'm not a hack/slash fan. I just didn't like the story in general. I would definitely recommend it to those that haven't seen it so they can form their own opinion.

Got no idea what you're talking about.

I just finished watching Let The Right One In.
Absolutely mesmerizing.
Seriously, one of the best movies I've seen in a while.
