im no movie aficionado like you guys, so i find it funny that the 2 i would actually buy are the muppet movie one and the sandlot one.

The thing about tposters like the seven samurai with the knives and the other non typical posters are just some print that a random artist made and put it on the Internet. Not something you can buy. If you look on eBay, you're going to see between one and three different posters for each movie.




for all the suggestions. Keep em coming. Thinking about Vertigo instead of The Birds(even though it's my favorite) because I can get it in a 27x40.

I was just put a few of my favorite movies from my childhood, still great movies, that I thought had cool posters. I guess that would make me a perv though.

There are a few sites that sell the "artsy" posters.

I really like how some of those look. The issue is the sizes though.

Just going to art.com and searching for a favorite director or movie turns up some good stuff. Bunch of awesome posters in this thread...might have to spend money because of this. I am no Star Wars nut but that Empire Strikes Back one is a fantastic movie poster (would make a great gift for a friend).
