Fringe was as close to perfect a finale as you could get.
Newhart was epic, and totally unexpected.

Agents of SHIELD was pretty damn good. It had every character in a great position and was the culmination of great character development.
The worst one I've seen in the last few years is the The 100 as the nature of the finale literally defies the concept of the show when it first started which is the survival of the human race and it all ends in failure even though the writers try to gaslight us that it didn't.
