Last night's episode was more frustrating than usual. Her victim mentality made it extremely hard for me to sympathize. She blamed her parents for being hard workers. And then blamed her sister for being more popular. And then blamed her parents for moving the family. On and on and on. All normal childhood stuff that doesn't cause most of us to spiral into 633 lb recluses.
It was eye opening to hear she only has a 2% chance of success since she had a previous failed surgical intervention.

Yeah that was the worst part about Karina. She said her childhood asthma made her the center of attention and once she grew out of it she felt forgotten. That’s not an excuse to eat like crazy! Now she’s the center of attention and everyone resents her. I didn’t blame the sister for basically being done with her.
