It's probably the best show on TV and no one is watching it.

I really think it's the pinnacle of this golden age of TV. It has gone further than any other show to bring a real cinematic experience to the small screen. It's simply amazing. As I was reading Scorsese's critique on modern cinema last week I kept thinking of Mr. Robot as the foil to his position. The best story telling is now episodic and we are fortunate that some of these networks and streaming services have allowed some creators free reign, especially USA taking a chance on Esmail, a complete unknown.

I’ll give Esmail the benefit of the doubt, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little concerned with how he’s gonna end this thing

We just crossed over into Mandela effect, 2 timelines.

Last season they were teasing the Berenstein/stain bears thing and it looks like he's going all in.

I'm guessing white roses machine created another timeline, which is a huge theory on the actual Mandela Effect (that the Large Hadron Collider created the alternate timeline)

I for one, am super IN this.

I think the other timeline existing is the least likely scenario but it would be very interesting if true and would certainly explain Elliott's bizarre behavior and tendency to forget things.

I think the most likely scenario is he has created in his mind another "alternate universe".

It's possible the show ends with a cliffhanger that is up for interpretation on whether or not an actual second universe exists or is it all made up in Elliots mind.

I was really not liking the first part of the finale until the reveal in the second half. What a fricking incredible show.

Watched it and loved it. I was down on this season midway through but it was all building up to these last three episodes. Still floored by it and will admit that I was wrong about the entire season. What a season what a show.

Posted this in the other thread, but I thought it was phenomenal. And I rarely use hyperbole. I was very concerned with where it was going with how the last episode ended and how the finale was starting, but man it all came together perfectly imo.

The production, cinematography, the music, etc is unprecedented for a network tv show

It’s crazy and disappointing that barely anybody is watching this show. I wonder how different that would be if it wasn’t on USA network

I too was like wtf, are they really going to screw up the ending the one of my favorite shows of all time?

Nope, it was a setup, in a way that made it even better

Mr Robot now at least equals possibly surpasses Breaking Bad for me for the GOAT show/series

I was super worried that the alternate thing actually happened. But was surprised in the ending. It wasn't the same type of twist each season has brought, but overall the last few episodes of season 4 were very impactful in telling the whole story.

Definitely one of the best shows I have seen, and didn't try to stick around too long

Agreed 100%, after that amazing final season and ending, def a GOAT.

I have a feeling it'll gain a cult following when put in streaming just like BB did.

All acting performances, music direction , cinematography, and directong/writing are all phenomenal

Yep, the score absolutely nailed it the entire series.

I too was worried with where they were taking this season after episode 8 or so. After the first episode of the finale I was genuinely worried but man they tied it together incredibly the last 30 min.

I will give USA a ton of credit, they easily could have bailed on this show or forced it into a bad direction but they let Esmail do everything he wanted and it crushed.

Idk about that. Seasons 1-3 have already been on prime. BB built its huge following after season 3 and during season 4. I’m sure it’ll gain some new fans, but I don’t think it’s the type of show that will reach a wide audience. A little too unique/odd for casual tv watchers

Yep. Production is definitely worthy of GOAT status. And for me, it’s in my top 5 shows of all time
