isnt white rose essentially responsible? It was the DA who wanted the plant to stay open and ignored the protocols.

I think Whiterose and the dark army was behind the plant incident. I don't think the goal was to kill Elliot's dad and Angela's mom, but it did happen because of the dark army. That's at least how I interpreted the conversation. She was trying to reason with Angela to drop the lawsuit and stop going after Ecorp because it would ruin their plans. She wouldn't kill Angela because Whiterose knows she is important to Elliot. Somehow the plant incident will be used against them.

I was okay with the white walkers. The shadow demon was a serious "God is in the Machine" moment. Sloppy writing.

Ah, I'll have to check it out. I love listening to podcasts but I've never heard of that one.

And they must be smart if we have the same theory.

When WR was talking to Angela she told her "I don''t want your proof, I want your belief".

Afterward, when we see Angela with her attorney, Angela has obvious had some kind of revelation - she must now "believe" in what WR told her about her mom's and Elliot's dad's deaths. I hope they let us in on that in the finale and don't leave that hanging for next season.

good god this shows dropoff is real. i just saw where ratings are down 60% from same time during season 1.

call me dumb, but my brain hurts after watching this and there is way too much good stuff on TV right now. Good luck with season 3.

i still find it as a top 3 show on tv right now. people bitching about its pace and storytelling is the reason why CBS is the most watched network.

Maybe Netflix will pick it up if it's cancelled.

I like the show. It's not for a cable audience though.

Yea, using ratings for a cable tv show doesn't always equate to a good or bad show

This season has been subpar compared to season 1, which is thought was freaking awesome. Still a solid show tho

And it's already been picked up for a third season and the head of the network has publicly stated that they don't care about ratings and this show is about launching them into the prestige drama landscape via awards and critical buzz.

People forget how utterly shitty "Breaking Bad" and "Mad Men" ratings were, but they launched AMC into the conversation with HBO.

USA is following the AMC model.

Congrats to Rami Malek for winning an Emmy for his portrayal of Elliot!
