as dated campy comedy it is fine and even very enjoyable... but if you went to the theater and time bandits starting playing you'd walk out.

The topical answer for me is Superman The Movie. Without the incredible casting Of Christopher Reeve and John Williams' theme song, that movie is basically a shitty love story with an incredibly terrible script and plot.

The Beastmaster

Brought a bunch of my friends to see that for my 12th birthday. Needless to say the next Monday ay school I was a fricking hero thanks to the nude scene.

A year later, another fiend of mine upped the ante and brought us to his 13th to see Risky Business. He won.

Wow...that's a great example. I absolutely loved that one as a kid, and hadn't seen it in forever. It happened to come on cable a few months ago and I excitedly recorded it because I thought my 10 year old would love it.

The look of disappointment of his face was palpable.

It did have a cool theme song though.

As a kid...3 ninjas. I thought this movie was the shite when I was 7. I watched it not too long ago. Its frickin terrible. Jesus. I remember I was cracking up watching the stupid stoner henchmen enter the house and the karate kids making fools out of them.

Problem Child movies

Loved them as a kid and now I think they're possibly the worst movies ever made.
