Movie Tavern Magical Movie Rewards program: Having issues?

Has anyone else had issues using their account recently? I tried buying tickets last night and today. The system says my account is not valid. It worked last week, though! I tried sending them a message (fails to send), and I've tried to call (not taking calls at this time). Anyone know what's happening?

Don't know anything about it, but they have a website:

There's a Customer Service page you can get to from where it says "Contact" at the top of the page.

Big time! Food wasn't gourmet, but it wasn't bad and the service was pretty decent. Now you have to order off a horrible app with few options. It is basically any other movie theater now.

I agree, but there's not a choice in Mandeville/Covington. It's either MT or that shitty theater off Hwy 21 by Target. I'm not going back there. It's a shame there's not a better option here.
