About Time is a great movie. Field of Dreams always. The Yearling, Turner and Hooch, Old Teller, Marley and Me for animal movies. John Coffey getting executed at the end of The Green Mile used to get me

Definitely both Schindler moments previously mentioned, and Interstellar, but also:

Titanic, when Rose was shaking dead Jack saying "there's a boat, Jack"

Ghost, when Swayze made the penny float for ole girl

But all the above only apply if I've watched the movie from the start and got invested. If I stumble upon those scenes whilst flipping through the channels, no big deal

Field of Dreams. My Dad died two years ago at the age of 50. While he was alive he use to always talk about how much that movie impacted him because his dad died at 53.

I made the mistake of watching that movie a couple of months ago. I'm still just not ready.

Also, "Cake", starring Jennifer Aniston. I won't give too much away, but let's just say there is nothing in this world worse than losing a young child.

I feel you. But for me it was the ending of part 1.

After the match was over he could barely speak or move. So much is going on. You have Micky trying to congratulate him. You had the announcer presenting that the score was a split decision. You had the final score come out that Creed won.

Throughout this entire process, the only think Rocky cared about was Adrian. He kept repeating "Adrian!" over and over. No care for what the announcer was saying. No care for the final score. He was a nobody from the street who should have gotten his arse kicked in the first round. Instead he gave everything he ever had and remained standing in the end.

He was a nobody his entire life. He had absolutely nothing to live for other than Adrian. He proved that even though he had every reason in the world to stay down after getting knocked down somewhere in the middle of the fight, he got back up. Why? To prove to himself that he was not worthless. He would never give up. He gave up his entire life, not this time.

It wasn't about winning or losing......it was about going the distance. That's why I enjoyed Creed because they got back the what Rocky is really about, IMO.

Rocky was NOBODY facing the champion of the world. Winning means nothing in that aspect. It's about going above and beyond what you thought you could do and what others believed you could do. That's just my opinion.

There's a book about the Michael Murphy, the SEAL that lead that mission. The first chapter had be tearing up, it was about how his family and father found out he had died.
