to tell you the truth, i still haven't figured out how to use Paint if I need to resize my picture. their tarded up control system and my brain don't mesh. they skills needed to make a collage like yours is beyond me

Well, they don't call me "Mad Paint skillZ" for nothing. But there is literally a button in Paint that says "Resize."

Can you take like a font used in a regular photo, put it in paint and use it to make different word with that font?

Ok ok, but say I wanted to take a picture of my dog, but have him riding on a dirt bike with boots on and on his way to the dentist. I need it frame by frame. Can i do that on microsoft paint?
