Watched ep 3 last night. Crazy that Ray's Son Mike was making millions selling animals legally, and still decided to deal illegal animals.
The agent wearing a gorilla suit to make a bust was hilarious.
Looking forward to next episode about Anson Wang. Seems like a bad dude.

Yes and his next "sting" after that basically discovered nothing and they had to return all the animals. Like dude I think you are dumb.
And after it shows they actually caught Mike the guy says "That felt good putting him away after he called me dumb."
Hope this guy never visits tigerdroppings because he'll get called a lot worse a few posts in. Dude had some thin skin.

I have a question about the Cuban, Scarface type guy. How is he not either still in prison or dead?
Did he agree to become an informant, so that's why he got out so early? I'm curious.

I’m caught up on the episodes but so far this is relatively boring outside of finding out which animals are actually illegal and how they got them into the country. Ans just about everybody on the show sucks.
How many episodes total are there supposed to be?

I think the chimp doc is closer to Tiger King than the reptile one. I recommend it.

Obviously he gave them some info they needed and got released. The guy in this video was trying to hunt him down but failed and got arrested first or Mario would be dead. He's still alive because all of his contemporaries were either killed or got life in prison while he was still in prison he simply outlived them.

This week's episode holds up. I thought it was going to be about catching the Asian Final Boss, but it goes into a subset of reptile smuggling/breeding that I found to be really interesting.
And it still floors me how the smugglers overlap in a Venn diagram with Zoos and legitimate herpetologists.

This series ended strong. Wong was a great interview. I was NOT expecting a twist ending.
