I don't have to pick, I love them both and appreciate them both for their individual talents and characters.
That being said, I think the show is just as much about George as it is Jerry, despite the namesake, because Larry David wrote himself into that character so much.

I love Seinfeld bloopers. Elaine seemingly cracked on every line.

Jason Alexander was by far the most talented actor on the show.
Jason is one of the great character actors that could masterfully deliver all the shades & nuances of anger, whether by screaming explosions, bewildered frustration, or smoldering restraint, much like the Great One, Jackie Gleason. It's an art that few have mastered.
I'm drawn to that type of powder-keg humor. Maybe bc I grew up on Kramden, Bunker, Sanford, Kinison, etc...
Last month, I rewatched Scrooged with Bill Murray, who attempted to do powder-keg humor, but to me, he simply came across as an insufferable douchebag. Bill's forte is charm, sarcasm, conceit & arrogance. Explosive tirades are not a comedic strength.

There were many of Kramer's lines that, on paper, are actually not funny by itself, but when delivered with his physical over-the-top mannerisms, are laugh-out-loud gut-busters.
One of my absolute favorite Kramer quotes, for some reason, is that episode where he is dating Elaine's roomate, and he comes into Jerry's appartment with the windshield.
Kramer: (smiling) I found it on the road.
This has me in tears laughing every time just because it's Michael Richard's deliverly.

K K K Kat fight!
And I don't recall the exact line about going commando, but it was something like "may boys are out and I'm loving it!"

I don't understand how anyone can not like Seinfeld.
I get other things...I understand someone not liking Pink Floyd or Breaking Bad. They are all time greats to me but I get it.
I can't understand not liking Seinfeld.
ETA: Julia Louis Dreyfus might just be the coolest chick ever.

I agree, but I've heard "It's a show about nothing" and "they are all deplorable human beings"
Both are true, but both make it amazing.

He's amazing.
Writers have said he is Buster Keaton reincarnated.
Both wonderful to watch.

Were they really deplorable or just willing to say and do the selfish egotistical things we all do and say and don't admit (with the exception of the clip below of course):

Well, this is getting philosophical. Are humans innately deplorable? Maybe so

My favorite episode is "Bizarro Jerry"
Kramer gets fired from a job, he didn't even work there.

Both are true,
I've made the argument a thousand times and likely will a thousand more but it's not a show abotu nothign, despite that being the show's self-given tagline. Quite the opposite. It's a show about everything. Everythign that mankind for years has joked about with each other about the minutiae of everyday life was now put on the screen for us all to bask in the absurdity and relatability. The shirt you wear underneath a sweater, not getting a thank you in traffic, what to bring to a party you don't want to go to, forgetting where you parked in a garage, people who talk to close/low/high, and on and on and on. Pretty much everythign discussed in seinfeld has happend to us at some point in all of our adult lives.

I seriously don't know how a writer/director/producer can plan a show/scene around a physical comedian like Richards.
Unlike a Buster Keaton, Lucille Ball, Mr Bean, Jim Carrey who all had movies/scenes they themselves specifically designed for their own physical choreography, Larry David must've wrote words for Kramer and said, "I'll let Richards make it funny."
That seems so risky to depend on that amount of insane creativity on a weekly basis and yet it had to happen bc there is no way to script out Kramer's physical movements.

Larry David: Michael, here's the basics: Jerry is in his apartment...you walk in.
Michael Richards: Got it, I'll take it from there. Thanks.

This was how Janitor's scenes were developed for Scrubs.
