MCU Big Bads That Disappointed

With the impending arrival of Kang, Namor, Doom, and eventually Apocalypse. And though they appear to be doing a better job. Which big bads where you really disappointed in?
1. Ultron, complete and utter waste of maybe the Avengers biggest villain. Total waste of James Spader
2. Ronan The Accuser, James Gunn goofy shite! You cant kill him off there. Yeah we got him in Captain Marvel and will probably get him in the sequel, but if the Kree are going to still be a thing in the MCU, You cant kill off the baddest one his first time on screen.
3. Hela, Totally didn't like her back story change. She not Odins daughter and she never aspired to rule Asguard. He main conflict with Asguard was she wanted the souls in Valhalla.
Bonus: wasn't a disappointment, but Pierce should have been the Red Skull in discuse in CATWS.

Mandarin was a waste mainly because of the actor they used for him, but that movie had a lot of issues anyways. The real Mandarin is in Shang-Chi so there’s some redemption there.
Malekith was very bland and pointless really.

Please help me out! Who are you talking about? Was asking for opinions would love the here yours.
Ill assume you are talking about the Mandarin, but technically he's not coming until Shang-Chi. So I didn't include him in my list.

They could actually do it this time instead of turning it into slapstick but that doesn't mean it wasn't disappointing.

I was disappointed Ulysses Klaue wasn't the big bad guy in Black Panther. I wanted to see more of his ruthlessness. I think it would have been a good Black Panther 1 and then essentially make Black Panther 2 what we ended up with as 1. Political chaos while they were trying to recover from whatever destruction Klaue rained down upon them.

Namor won’t be a villain. They’ll at most Taskmaster him. They will probably have him be the antagonist most of whatever movie he will be in, then redeem him and turn him into a Rocket Raccoon-type smartass type hero or something.

I was kind of hoping they’d do essentially that, but with M’Baku as the villain of 2. Think about it, he’s brought his tribe into battle with T’Challa now several times and it’s involved tons of death and suffering for his tribe and all of Wakanda. In his mind, a civil war could be justifiable.
His tribe warring with Wakanda would have been awesome.

They closed the door on that when they revealed that M'Baku led Wakanda after the Snap.

I liked Hela. I think on the whole phase 3 villains were mostly great, with several being in the upper tier of the entire MCU.
Most disappointing to me was Mandarin (though not the real one so Shang-Chi looks like it may correct that) and Red Skull. Maybe I need to rewatch but CA:TFA just feels kinda meh to me. I did love his appearances in Infinity War/Endgame, but would like him to be more of a major player.

Of all the villains they’ve killed, Klaue was the one they least should have done so. Who knows, with the TVA shenanigans, everyone is back on the table. Not only can we bring back every actor we have seen in the same role, but we can see different actors as the same characters (Tom Cruise as Tony Stark, John Krasinki as Steve Rogers, etc.).
I trust Fiege with this, but I don’t trust Disney leadership, so who knows.
