The last person we all suspect of being dirty is someone in a wheel chair. He saw that vision of drogon over KL and didn’t say anything to anyone. But he chose to reveal Jon’s parentage. Maybe it was a move to make him king. So the wheel that Dany vowed to break was really Bran’s wheelchair.

Also, why would Bran be important for people of Westeros to remember and know about the past and history? I thought that’s the reasons for books.

Bran is always telling stories that no one else can verify too.

And no friends, with family in the farthest directions away.

That is an ok ending if he played everyone but spell out his intentions.

It could fit within the final story, but as you noted, it isn't given even a hint of suggestion.

Bran was offered Winterfell and refused, several times. He never showed a moment of ambition or leadership, he even seemed unwilling to offer guidance to others during crucial times.

I mean, if you plant a seed or 2 along the way, this could make sense. But literally nothing was given.

I actually think that GRRM could make this ending pretty cool and get us eventually to the same place.

Danny still goes Mad Queen but it's in a tragic sense. She's slowly and slowly corrupted by this drive and perhaps you weave in some mythical aspect of Targaryen history or something, Idk. When Jon kills her she's almost releaved as she knows she can't stop.

Then, we realize that Bran is the true villain. He has been sort of nudging events and people in this direction the entire time so that he ended up on the throne.

I think that could be pretty cool.

This is my issue with him being king. He seemed to become more and more detached from humanity as time passed. So did that just stop or reverse course? I mean, he didn't seem to give a shite about much of anything and now he's gonna rule over 6 kingdoms?

I think he did kind of nudge things in that direction. And his comments “You were where you were supposed to be” made me wonder. Look at the little bits of info he did dole out...people acted on his information.

He also said when asked if he would be king, "why do you think I made the trip South." That sounds like a whole lot of ambition and wanting the throne.

Like I said spell it out. Play some creepy fricking piano music by Ramin and backtrack all of the shite he has done to get to that point playing people. Then you have Some sort of climax. Instead of Bran the Broken smh.
