First glance, what the hell is this? But the cute crocodile won us over. Good clean family movie.

It’s a nice family movie. The book was a staple for me as a kid and I thought the movie was cute and fun to watch with our kids

My kids were watching it, started a little slow for them but they got into it pretty well.

We saw it at the theater, I had no clue what it was about going in, but was pleasantly surprised. My kids loved it, and the songs are catchy enough.

Who knew crocodiles were Gators fans?

Haven’t seen the movie but got the book as a gift for my good friend’s kids who are 7 and 5. I think my friend took the kids to the theater when it came out.

Watched this last week and really enjoyed it. I liked how he cannot talk and expresses himself through song. That way there's no annoying voice to grate on you through out the movie.

My daughter thought animal control killed Lyle and she turned it off and started crying, so naturally I chased her around the house with my alligator head saying it was Lyle.

She finished the movie the next night and enjoyed it.

Took my 5 year old and her friend to see it along with my 9 year old and her friend. 30 minutes I was bored out of my mind. My 5 year old was ready to go. Her 5 year old friend was bouncing off the walls because she was so bored. My 9 year old was a trooper and fought through. Her 9 year old friend was fast asleep.

I enjoy taking my kids to kids movie and fully understand the movie is not made for me going into it. That said, Lyle, Lyle Crocodile may have been the most boring movie I've seen in a long time.
