19.99$ damn I mean it's cheaper then going to the movies but I was expecting like 10 bucks
Now that I think even matinees are like 12 13$ now so makes sense
One upside I can order regular priced whatever food and smoke my tree while watching

Nobody likes Pete is why...mostly due to being a SNL castmember during a time where the show has lost a lot of luster
You cant go from producing Eddie Murphy, Chevy Chase, Will Ferrell, Chris Farley, Etc
To...ugly loud black woman, or always breaks character Ellen DeGeneres look a like
It's a shame because I love Bill but I have no intention of watching a movie that could ultimately lead to spring boarding Pete into a CaddyShack remake

But yall seem to hate Appatow movies too and other then funny people I havent been really dissatisfied by anything
Trainwreck was meh but I like the fire fighter premise and love Billy Burr
I just mentioned pete cuz he's a comedian and in it so since Judd picked him he's on SNL I just assumed he's funny
They could make a good back and forth

I’ve never met the man, so I won’t speak to his character in real life. That said, he acts like he’s trying to make the entire world feel sorry fo him. Feel for the guy, but I don’t like that in my comedy

I’d watch it if I could find it on Prime Netflix or Hulu for free but not gonna pay money for it that’s for sure.
Can’t tell if I’d like the show or not he has a fairly obnoxious delivery and dirty standup so It would be interesting to see if he can come off more likable playing a more serious role and kiddos involved.
People must like him willing to a multiple episode show with him. Plus he nailed Grande and Beckinsale so he is alright in my book.

Wasn’t really interested in the trailer but It’s gotten some really good reviews from some people I trust to know if it is so I might check it out

I rented it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. I know a lot of people here have hate boners for Pete Davidson, and he’s pretty much playing himself, but it’s pretty good. You can tell right away it’s a Judd Apatow movie. It’s probably top five of the year for me so far.
